Westfield is a co-educational primary school administered by Staffordshire County Council catering for pupils between the ages of three and 11. It serves an area of Wombourne designated by the county council. The school has a fully integrated nursery class. There is a large sports field, two hard surfaced playgrounds and two indoor halls for movement and gymnastic activities. The school takes part in local and national competitions in a range of sports. The school aims to provide a wide and interesting variety of extra-curricular activities and clubs including science, tennis, recorder, choir, orchestra, athletics, cricket, cross-country, table tennis etc. There is a thriving association, which provides social and fundraising activities for the members of the community. The school aims to provide a caring and stimulating environment where children are happy and encouraged to achieve their full potential.
