Background:
Hateley Heath Primary School was founded in 1953 and was amalgamated into a primary school in 1999. It is in the middle of a council estate. All curriculum areas are followed from the foundation stage to Year 6. Many after-school clubs are offered by school staff and outside providers, including West Bromich Albion football club. The school raises money for charity and has supported many, including Barnado's, the Children's Society, and Cancer Research. Pupils have also run 'bring-and-buy' sales for Blue Peter.
