Bishop Walsh School is a Roman Catholic Voluntary Aided school. The school was situated on a single site in Sutton Coldfield, on the northeast fringe of Birmingham's local education authority. The school was opened in 1966. Bishop Walsh Roman Catholic School is a community founded on gospel values. The school'stands in its own extensive playing fields, has a sports hall and gym and other facilities include seven laboratories, specialist rooms for art, pottery, home economics, metalwork, woodwork, control technology, technical drawing, three computer rooms and a computer network. There are extensive performing arts facilities, including a well-equipped hall with high quality stage sound and lighting systems and an orchestra pit.
